This ultimate telephoto lens contains low dispersion (LD) glass elements to reduce internal flare and aberrations. The use of floating elements increases the lenses performance and sharpness. This lens utilizes PE coatings and is a completely different optical design from the E-II 500. (PE 500mm pictured at right).
