Zoom Control (models 8-22 x 27 & 10-30 x 27)
Zoom control provides an extensive magnification range which is ideal for a variety of activities ranging from wildlife observation to sportin
g events. At a low magnification, the user can survey the entire field of view at a glance, then zoom in to view the details.
The zoom lever is conveniently located at the top of the right eyepiece, for a firm grip and comfortable zooming control. The
lever is incorporated into a knurled control ring around the eyepiece barrel, making it easy to zoom using only the thumb.
Diopter Adjustment
This allows the user to pre-focus the binoculars to his or her own eyes' requirements. Diopter adjustment
is independent of focusing and needs to be set only once for the user. The diopter adjustment ring on models 8x25, 10x25, and 12x25 features positive click-stops for quick adjustment.
Center Wheel Focusing
The large focusing wheel can be operated
easily with either hand, and allows the user to quickly zero in on a subject or track moving objects effortlessly. Center wheel focusing is quick and smooth even when wearing gloves.
