Weatherproof Construction (models 8 x 25WP & 10 x 25WP)
Models 8 x 25WP and 10 x 25WP are specially designed to seal out rain, snow,
and splashes, and feature an internal focusing mechanism for extra protection against dust and dirt. These binoculars are rated equivalent to IPX4 (IEC standard) for weatherproofing.
High-Quality Optics
Minolta Pocket Binoculars use high-quality,
multi-coated optics and BK-7 roof prisms for bright and clear viewing, optimum light transmission, and sharp, high-contrast images.
Improved Brightness and Longer Eye Relief (model 8 x 25WP)
The larger objective lens used in model 8 x 25WP provides
a 29% increase in image brightness. Additionally, the eye relief has been extended to 13mm (1/2 inch), to increase viewing comfort.
Wide Angle-of-View (model 10 x 25WP)
Model 10 x 25WP gives an apparent angle-of-view of 65 degrees, providing a wid
e angle-of-view that is very unique among binoculars in this class.
Diopter Adjustment
This allows the user to adjust the binoculars to his or her own vision requirements. Adjustments are made by turning the eyepiece marked with plus and minus indi
cators. Diopter adjustment is independent of focusing, and needs to be set only once for the user.
Center Wheel Focusing
The large focusing wheel can be easily operated with either hand, and allows the user to quickly zero in on a subject or track
