This lens provides a field of view of 84 degrees for full image framing applications. It also has an F number of F/2.5 which is approximately 25% faster than comparable F/2.8 lenses. Yet this lens is very compact with an overall length of 43mm (1.7") and
diameter of 68mm (2.7") and weighs just 227grams (8oz.).
